As this work continues, this position will play a key role in the integration design, development, implementation and production support. They are currently seeking a BizTalk Application Developer with 5+ years of experience to work in their dynamic IT department. As such, the position will be responsible for full life-cycle development of applications in the BizTalk Server environment and related technologies such as Data Direct, InfoPath, .NET Framework and SharePoint.

A dedicated configuration manager ensures that best practice configuration management (CM) processes for code building, code deployment, code source control, release management, test environment management, change management and server administration are developed and executed. The successful candidate will possess 3+ years experience in managing builds, deployments and releases for .NET applications, as well as fundamental source code management experience (branching, merging, permission, etc). The client's preferred tools are TeamCity, NCover, NDepend, FXCop and StyleCop. Programming tools will include JavaScript, Perl, ASP.NET, SharePoint, BizTalk. The successful candidate will lead a team of application developers to provide software development and support of critical systems and web sites. This position will act as mentor to developers and provide solutions that include in-house development and vendor software integration to meet the needs of the customer. Contribute to system architecture design, code reviews, risk management analysis and assurance of best practices in the life-cycle development including analysis, design, testing, implementation and documentation. Participate in code reviews to ensure system integrity, as well as perform software analysis and integration. Requirements BS degree Microsoft Certification (MCTS, MCPD, MCAD, MCSD) a plus. Strong problem solving and analytical thinking. Proven ability to lead and coach others. 7 -10+ years overall IT experience. 5+ years of Web development (JavaScript, HTML, XML, C#, ASP.NET) 3+ years experience with SQL Server. 3+ years using .NET framework. 2+ years SharePoint Portal and WSS (MOSS a plus) 2+ years MS Content Management Server. Exposure to BizTalk a plus. Experience with SSRS. Experience using SiteMinder for security management. Knowledge of Agile(Scrum) development methodologies. Experience with source control systems, preferably Subversion.
